Beautiful unusual vintage 1930s Art Deco necklace with multi color beads wired in dark goldtone metal, in a bib design. With large opaque cube shaped black beads, and small faceted transparent beads in green, pink, red, aqua, pale blue, and yellow, arranged in single drops and in sprays of four. Vintage Bakelite bypass bangle in marbled Mississippi mud with carved stylized snake heads. It has a slightly oval shape. Tests positive for Bakelite and guaranteed vintage and original. Circa 1935. 1 inch wide at crossover. Inside diameters are 2 1/2 and 2 5/8 inches. Just under 1/2 inch thick. This piece is slightly larger than average diameter. Excellent condition. Also with ornate gilt metal filigree findings and large beads, and fine metal links. With a hook clasp with a flower. The glass beads and the filigree elements are characteristically French. Not sure if raisin is an "official" Bakelite color name, but it best describes the unusual rich deep brown with purple undertones color of this hinged bangle. Circa 1940. Tests positive for Bakelite. Guaranteed vintage and original. From a collection. With excellent very deep carving in a roses and leaves motif. Excellent condition. The hinge is tight. It is a bit dusty; I have brushed it but have not cleaned it further so as not to disturb the oxidized finish...

Fabulous group of very similarly carved tube shaped Bakelite bangles, two in slightly different greens, one in rust, and one in milk chocolate. Circa 1940. All test positive for Bakelite. Guaranteed vintage and original. All are from the same collection. They make a stunning statement worn together. All are standard 2 1/2 inches inside diameter, 3/8 inch wide and 3/8 inch thick. With early spring ring clasp with a collar instead of the thumb tab. Probably 1950s or earlier. 52 inches wearable length. The glass beads are 11mm or just over 3/8 inch. Overall excellent condition with some verdigris on some of the wires, and some losses on two or three of the faux pearls...

Gorgeous vintage 1960s French star form brooch in silvertone metal with very brilliant prong set rhinestones. The brooch has a French trombone pin close and typical French construction and materials. Possibly by a designer such as Roger Jean Pierre or Roger Scemama. I've attached it to a long strand of glass based faux baroque pearls, hand knotted, with matching silvertone spring ring clasp, from about the same period. The pearls are possibly Gripoix.
