Simply stunning and very dimensional collar or bib necklace in colorless Lucite strung on monofilament. With a metal hook and extender chain of metal wired Lucite beads. Beautiful antique gold ring with turquoise stones cut and fitted around a center riviere of mine cut diamonds which are set in what looks like silver. Late 19th century, with tiny marks on the outside of the shank that look like French marks, pictured but very difficult to photograph. Tests positive for 14KT gold with jeweler's acid. A fabulous antique garnet five strand beaded necklace with a garnet decorated slide clasp. Circa 1900, from a Philadelphia estate, and I also have listed a garnet hinged bangle from this same estate. The metal tests positive for 9KT gold with jeweler's acid. The large stones in the clasp are each about 5 mm in diameter, and the tiny stones are 2 mm. The garnet beads are each about 4 mm in diameter. Substantial at 112 grams; I counted 497 beads. Very wearable, for day or evening....
