Dramatic large vintage Chanel clip earrings in finely worked goldtone metal in the style of the Roman/Byzantine era primitive gold jewelry which was one of Chanel's many influences. Circa 1970. Marked CHANEL in block letters. I am also listing the matching necklace. Probably designed by Robert Goossens. They lie flat and hug the ear and neck. 1 3/4 inches long and 1 7/8 inches wide.
