Possibly made for Dior, this lovely necklace with matching clip earrings has the distinctive S shaped hook which was frequently used on Dior necklaces. One earring is marked FRANCE. Circa 1960. In goldtone metal with large glass based faux pearls, opaque topaz stones, and chain tassels. In a longer length which is currently very fashionable. The necklace has a wearable length of 22 inches. The center drops 3 1/2 inches and is 3 inches wide. The earrings are 1/2 inch in diameter...

Very glam vintage clip earrings in heavy cast slightly matte goldtone metal, with rope form twists at the top, and metal chains surmounted by a moghul style umbrella shaped ornate cap. Stunning necklace with very large opaline glass beads simulating moonstones, and very large colorless faceted crystal beads. Probably French, circa 1960. Outstanding construction; all the beads are wired with heavy brass wires. It is a long strand with two layers; I have shown it doubled and worn shorter with a necklace extender and I will provide one free of charge. Wearable length is 34 inches. Fabulous 1960s or 1970s big glass beaded necklace with jewel tone art glass beads, most likely French. Also from the same estate, coordinating pierced earrings with black and white glass cabochons which are very similar to the black and white embedded in some of the beads on the necklace. There is a silvertone bead at the back that looks like a French style screw barrel clasp, but it appears to be a faux decorative clasp. It is not needed as the necklace is long enough to go over the head easily...
