A beautiful demi-parure consisting of a matching necklace and bracelet in gold washed silver with very big faceted opaline glass stones, prong set, and bezel set in the center of the necklace. Marked SILVER. Circa 1900 - 1920. Possibly French. A very unusual design, and I have never had opaline stones this big before. They have fabulous pink and blue tones which are not completely captured in the photos.

The design is beautifully modern and forward looking. Twelve disks set with riveted cut steel stones, connected with chain links. Fabulous early silver necklace with round and baguette paste stones, and a huge cut glass center pendant framed by paste stones. 1900 - 1920. Possibly French. Not marked but tests positive for sterling silver. With a dainty slide clasp also set with stones. The square link side chain is made to fall slightly to the sides so the stones on the chain are visible from either side. From a Philadelphia estate.
