Gorgeous vintage 1970s necklace with genuine Mediterranean red coral graduated beads in soft barrel shapes, hand knotted in a continuous strand with matching thread. It weighs 83 grams. The beads are polished and smooth, with many naturally occurring openings. The coral is guaranteed genuine, natural, and undyed. Confirmed unsigned Chanel necklace circa 1960 or 1970; I recently saw this same necklace with a Chanel hang tag with just the name in block lettering (no season numbers or copyright symbols), which dates it to 1970 or prior.
