Vintage Chanel drop necklace in finely worked goldtone metal in the style of the Roman/Byzantine era primitive gold jewelry which was one of Chanel's many influences. Asymmetric design with a large drop and chains on either end terminating in a large spring ring clasp. Circa 1970. Marked CHANEL in block letters. I am also listing the matching earrings. Gorgeous big statement vintage 1970s or earlier Santo Domingo Native American necklace with large graduated turquoise nuggets spaced with small shell heishe beads, and with heishe beads at the ends, and with small silver wire hook clasp.
