Very chic unusual vintage 1970s French long sautoir necklace with double snake chains in dark goldtone metal, and stations with large translucent tortoise Lucite rings with large rhinestone balls with brilliant clear rhinestones, and a characteristically French S hook clasp. Fabulous 1960s or 1970s big glass beaded necklace with jewel tone art glass beads, most likely French. Also from the same estate, coordinating pierced earrings with black and white glass cabochons which are very similar to the black and white embedded in some of the beads on the necklace. There is a silvertone bead at the back that looks like a French style screw barrel clasp, but it appears to be a faux decorative clasp. It is not needed as the necklace is long enough to go over the head easily...

Fabulous French Art Deco beaded rope necklace with beads made of glass, glass based faux pearls, antiqued brass, carved stone, and composition or celluloid. Circa 1930 or 1940. From the estate of a serious glass collector. I've owned many of these necklaces, in rope and bib form. All the beads are wired on brass wire. Continuous strand, 18 inches wearable length. Outstanding vintage Art Deco/Retro Moderne horse form figural brooch in ebonized carved wood with inlaid silver detail. Circa 1945. Unsigned, most likely by Elzac Inc., which produced jewelry from materials such as ceramic, Lucite, fur, feathers, cloth, and wood during World War II when other materials were in short supply.
