Fabulously drapable, flexible and wearable necklace by the Italian brother and sister team of Lyda Coppola Toppo and Bruno Coppola. They worked for many French and Italian designers, including Jacques Fath, Robert Piguet, Emilio Pucci, and Valentino. This piece is circa 1970. Aqua faceted glass beads are connected with fine filament, and bordered with rows of glass based baroque faux pearls, and draped with festoons of metal chains in a rose goldtone color...

In the signature Chanel colors of red and green, and marked MADE IN FRANCE on the screw barrel clasp, this fabulous necklace is probably by Chanel. Circa 1940, in moghul style, with aged brass chains, large and small glass based faux pearls, red glass beads, and huge teardrop shaped green glass beads. 15 3/4 inches wearable length. Beautiful vintage engraved chain necklace with a toggle closure, in gunmetal gray. Not marked but the style of chain, and the overall look, is characteristically French, and it came from an estate with other signed French jewelry. Probably 1970s. Fabulous signed Gucci goldtone metal and blue guilloche enameled link long necklace which can also be worn as a belt. Marked GUCCI and MADE IN ITALY. Each link is also marked S in a lozenge shape. 1970s. An iconic vintage Gucci piece, these were also made in shorter (18 to 20 inch) but otherwise identical versions to be worn as necklaces only. The enameled links are slightly convex and curved. They alternate with heavy twisted connecting rings. With a toggle close. Total length is 39 inches...

Beautifully constructed necklace with large green and copper Murano glass stones and glass based faux pearls in heavy antiqued goldtone metal. Marked CHRISTIAN DIOR BY KRAMER. 1960s. Fabulous unusual early vintage necklace made from marbled Bakelite beads in honey amber with a hint of cherry and butterscotch/egg yolk colors, and carved black wood beads, all wired in darkened brass with brass caps and clasp.
