Vintage Chanel drop necklace in finely worked goldtone metal in the style of the Roman/Byzantine era primitive gold jewelry which was one of Chanel's many influences. Asymmetric design with a large drop and chains on either end terminating in a large spring ring clasp. Circa 1970. Marked CHANEL in block letters. I am also listing the matching earrings. Not marked but tests positive for sterling silver. This piece has a great brutalist look, with oblong links, each with a turned up tip, and cut and soldered elements in the center pendant. With large Gripoix poured glass beads, glass based faux pearls, rhinestone rondelles, and distinctive fluted goldtone metal beads which I have had on two other confirmed French pieces. The chain elements are also French. The green beads are 17 mm long, the red beads are 21 mm long, and the blue beads and pearls are 10 mm in diameter. 44 inches long and 5/8 inch wide...

Amazing fabulous very big matched pair of clear Lucite tube shaped bangles with studded with two kinds of very brilliant stones: colorless and aurora borealis finished. Late 1970s, possibly French or Italian. The Lucite is bright and clear with no yellowing. Each is 7/8 inch wide, 5/8 inch thick, and 2 5/8 inch inside diameter.
