Chic glam modernist six strand necklace in matte sculpted silvertone metal with blue gray Lucite beads, all wired, with toggle clasp, by French designer Nellie Biche de Bere. C. 1990. Marked BICHE DE BERE. It has a great feature -- one section of three strands is detachable with lobster clasps, to allow it to be worn two different ways. Wearable length is 18 1/2 inches and the center drop is about 3 inches. Excellent condition. Display form is life size. Photos enlarged to show detail.

1980s or early 1990s unsigned carved horn necklace by Gerda Lynggaard for Monies Copenhagen, with five strands of oblong flat beads and a large heavy toggle clasp. Not marked but distinctively and guaranteed Monies, as collectors will recognize. Monies pieces were and are sometimes only marked with paper hang tags. Stunning very big signed Monies bib drop necklace in wood with a gold finish, strung and hand knotted on black leather, with asymmetrical drops, and a toggle close. Late 1980s or 1990s. Spectacular bib necklace by Kenneth Lane in dark silvertone metal with very big aqua and peridot green openback unfoiled glass stones and small brilliant clear stones, all prong set, in an 18th century style. Marked KENNETH LANE. Circa 1990. 18 inches wearable length and 2 3/8 inches wide. Excellent condition with one tiny stone at the clasp a bit darkened. All other stones are brilliant.
