Huge statement size vintage unsigned necklace by the cult favorite maker Cadoro. A heavy cast goldtone metal Maltese cross pendant with drops is suspended from strands of large dimensional goldtone beads, some of which are French, and large seamless Lucite beads paired in alternating shades of green. Ornate thick rope twisted hook clasp. Circa 1965. I have seen signed Cadoro necklaces with the exact maltese cross element, and with the (very unusual) large round notched pattern beads. Great size -- the center drops 7 inches and is 3 1/2 inches wide. Wearable length is 28 inches. Excellent condition. Photos enlarged to show detail. Display forms are life size.
