Fabulous French Art Deco beaded rope necklace with beads made of glass, glass based faux pearls, antiqued brass, carved stone, and composition or celluloid. Circa 1930 or 1940. From the estate of a serious glass collector. I've owned many of these necklaces, in rope and bib form. All the beads are wired on brass wire. Continuous strand, 18 inches wearable length. Yves Saint Laurent YSL Enameled Hinged Bangle Greens

A fabulous antique garnet five strand beaded necklace with a garnet decorated slide clasp. Circa 1900, from a Philadelphia estate, and I also have listed a garnet hinged bangle from this same estate. The metal tests positive for 9KT gold with jeweler's acid. The large stones in the clasp are each about 5 mm in diameter, and the tiny stones are 2 mm. The garnet beads are each about 4 mm in diameter. Substantial at 112 grams; I counted 497 beads. Very wearable, for day or evening....

Wide antique hinged bangle in genuine tortoise shell, with gold mountings and a gold slide clasp. Late 19th century. Not marked but the metal tests positive for 14KT gold with jeweler's acid.

1 1/4 inches wide by 1/4 inch thick and 6 inches inside circumference. Very good condition. Clasp is tight. There are two very small outside chips at the hinge and a scratch inside one side. These do not show when the piece is worn. Photos enlarged to show detail.

With a rose goldtone frame with decorative engraving, and a matching rose tone chain. Circa 1940. With a kiss snap closure, black fabric lining and a fabric tag embroidered MADE IN FRANCE.
