Fabulous sculptural modernist necklace by Danish designer Gerda Lynggaard in frosted Lucite on black fabric cord. Circa 1980, an early piece. From a Baltimore estate. Marked GERDA LYNGGAARD MONIES COPENHAGEN on the attached lightweight metal tag. The Lucite beads are solid and heavy and with a great smooth matte finish. Very wearable and versatile -- it can be tied and worn several different ways.
