Gorgeous antique Victorian necklace of graduated matched banded agate onyx beads. The beads are half opaque black and half translucent light brown, with a band of white in the middle. The beads are mid to late 19th century, most likely cut in Idar-Oberstein, Germany. They have tiny facets visible on close inspection, indicating that they were hand cut and finished.
