Most likely French, based on quality and construction. Substantial and very well made. No missing elements. 18 1/2 inches wearable length and the center drops about 1 5/8 inches. Fabulous very unusual vintage copper cuff with inset navy blue leather. From a Philadelphia estate that had a large quantity of Arts & Crafts and Art Deco jewelry. Very dramatic 1980s goldtone metal mounted wood necklace with a large detailed dimensional head of a leopard, hanging from a heavy double strand of dark red silk cord.
